Venari Partners does Tough Mudder!

Venari Partners does Tough Mudder!

Tough Mudder certainly lived up to its reputation this weekend just gone. Some of our Venari Partners team tackled the tough 11-mile obstacle course in aid of a very worthy cause, raising some valuable donations for The Alzheimer’s Society. Particular highlights included the Ice Enema obstacle, which effectively involved our team throwing themselves in to a deep freezing pool of water before hastily getting out and jumping around to try and warm up. Conor, our resident tough rugby player, looked anything but tough after that obstacle…….

The course was exceptionally muddy and certainly added to the entertainment as we made ourselves around the course. We were frequently slipping over (must remember some cross country trainers next time), being wet for the majority of the run did not help with the grip! Our team was joined by a former special forces soldier, who made everything look ridiculously easy and offered plenty of motivation. Thank you, Chris Power, for sticking with us.

It was a great day and for a great cause. Well worth all the limping and complaining in the office. Fancy joining us on our next one?

With Google already having the e-commerce and marketing platforms built in the search engine, it will be really exciting to see how Google will gain more popularity and develop its travel products.
