At Venari Partners, we are deeply committed to advancing gender diversity within the aviation industry. Our mission is to foster an environment where women can thrive and succeed in aviation roles, and we are taking concrete steps to support this vision. As part of our ongoing efforts, we are excited to launch a dedicated initiative aimed at empowering women in aviation.

Our new group, REACH, is specifically designed to connect women leaders across the aviation sector. This forum will serve as a dynamic platform for networking, learning, and mentorship. Through REACH, women in aviation will have the opportunity to engage with one another, share insights, and explore trends shaping the industry. Our goal is to create a supportive community that not only celebrates but actively works to advance gender diversity in senior aviation roles.

In addition, REACH will provide valuable visibility into career opportunities. We are committed to posting the majority of our live aviation roles within this group, ensuring that members have access to a broad spectrum of opportunities in the market. By doing so, we aim to facilitate career growth and help pave the way for more women to step into leadership positions within the aviation industry.
