The senior leadership team of a leading beverage company wanted to engage a consultant to analyse the performance of the key European market, providing insights into past as well as predicted patterns. Alongside robust soft skills and consulting experience, the candidate they sought needed a highly data-driven approach and toolkit due to the volume of data to be analysed.
