Paula joined the Life Sciences practice at Venari Partners in 2020. She helps companies across the life sciences ecosystem attract and retain talent in a wide range of functions, with a special interest and expertise in the CNS and rare disease space.

Prior to joining Venari Partners, she worked at Carmichael Fisher Executive Search within their Pharmaceutical Life Sciences practice. She studied Clinical Biology and Microbiology at the Universidad Autónoma and Universidad Complutense de Madrid and holds an MSc (Hons) in Specialised Translation (Scientific, Technical, and Medical) from UCL. A fluent Spanish speaker, Paula has worked within scientific translation and laboratory research, allowing her to gain deep insight into the industry.

Outside of work, Paula enjoys travelling, trying and cooking new food, and experiencing all that London has to offer.
